Fuego Verde
An elegant cocktail with a spicy kick.
Ingredients
1.5 oz Maracame Plata
1 oz Fresh lime juice
.5 oz Chartreuse
.5 oz Agave Syrup
3 Slices of serrano pepper
a pinch of fresh cilantro (about 10-12 leaves)
3 oz Maracame Plata
2 oz Fresh lime juice
1 oz Chartreuse
1 oz Agave Syrup
6 Slices of serrano pepper
a pinch of fresh cilantro (about 20-24 leaves)
Method
Shake well & double strain, serve up with a chili powder rim, garnish with cilantro and a pepper slice.
