Jarabe Tapatio

Ingredients:

1.5 oz. Maracame Tequila Reposado

5 oz. Agave néctar lemonade

1 oz. lime juice

Decorative sugar (optional)

Preparation:

Fill the glass with ice.  Add Maracame tequila and agave lemonade.  Stir and add a touch of lime juice and stir once more.  Serve and decorate.

Margarita Clasica

Ingredients:

1 oz. Maracame Tequila Plata

1 oz. fresh lime juice

1 oz. Contreau

Margarita salt (decoration)

Lime wedge (decoration)

Preparation:

In a cocktail shaker, place ice and Maracame tequila and Countreau, lime juice and shake.   Spread salt on small plate. Rub lime wedge halfway around rim of 10-ounce glass (such as double old-fashioned). Dip moistened side of glass in salt to lightly coat. Drain margarita into glass and decorate with lime wedge.

Charro Negro

Ingredients:

2 oz. Tequila Maracame Reposado

Cola

Juice from half a lime

Preparation:

Fill glass with ice.  Add Maracame tequila and cola and stir.  Add a splash of lime and stir once more.  Decorate with lime wedge and serve.

Ay Chihuahua!

Ingredients:

                  1.5 oz. Maracame Tequila Reposado

2 oz. fresh pineapple juice

2 oz. cranberry juice

Lemon-lime soda

Half of a lime

Agave nectar (decoration)

Lime wedge (decoration)

Preparation:

In a tall highball glass, add Maracame tequila, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, and lemon-lime soda.  Stir.  Add a touch of lime juice and stir once more.  Decorate with lime wedge and serve.

Cantarito

Ingredients:

2 oz. Maracame Tequila Plata

2 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice

2 oz. freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice

2 oz. freshly squeezed orange juice

Squirt soda

Lime pieces

Orange pieces

Grapefruit pieces

Preparation:

In a glass, mix Maracame tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and orange juice.  Add pieces of fruit and top with Squirt soda.  Stir.  Add ice and serve.

Arandas Collins

Ingredients:

3 oz. Maracame Tequila Plata

1.5 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice

Agave nectar

Topo Chico mineral water

Lime wedge (decoration)

Preparation:

In highball glass, add ice with Maracame tequila, lime juice, agave nectar, Topo Chico mineral water.  Stir and serve.

Paloma

Ingredients:

2 oz. Maracame Tequila Plata

1 oz. pink grapefruit juice

Squirt grapefruit soda

½ oz. freshly squeezed lime juice

Maraschino cherry or slice of pink grapefruit (decoration)

Preparation:

In a tall glass, add ice, Maracame tequila, and lime juice and stir.  Add Squirt soda and stir.  Add a splash of grapefruit juice and stir.  Decorate with lime wedge and cherry and serve.

Sangrita

Ingredients:

1 oz. choice of Maracame Tequila Plata, Reposado, or Anejo

12 oz. Clamato juice

1 oz. lime juice

20 drops of Maggi Seasoning sauce

20 drops of Worchester sauce

20 drops of tabasco sauce

2 pinches of table salt

Preparation:

Fill a jar with Clamato juice and add lime juice and salt.  Stir.  Add Maggi Seasoning sauce, Worchestor sauce, and tabasco sauce.  Stir.  Serve in in shot glasses.  Serve choice of Maracame tequila in a shot glass and serve with sangradita juice.
